Springfield, NJ (April 30, 2010) – WomenCertified today announced that Autoland Toyota, located at 170 Route 22 East, Springfield, has earned the WomenCertified Seal for excellence in providing sales and service to women.
To earn the WomenCertified Seal, the dealership first received a customer nomination for service excellence from a satisfied customer. Then the sales and service team completed a series of intensive training modules to take its customer experience and commitment to excellence to the next level. Autoland Toyota is now listed on the WomenCertified Locator on womencertified.com, where consumers can search for certified women friendly companies.
“We are very excited to have completed the program and earned the WomenCertified Seal,” stated Mark Montenero, Vice President/General Manager, ”This award further supports our long-term and long-standing commitment to serving our customers.”
To celebrate earning the WomenCertified Seal, and to support its commitment to women and families, starting April 27, 2010, Autoland Toyota will also be inviting families to visit the dealership, where they can enter their “Is Your Family Ready for a Great Adventure?” Sweepstakes to win four tickets for entry to Six Flags Great Adventure. The sweepstakes opens April 27, and one lucky winner will be announced June 7, 2010.
“We are thrilled to add the Autoland Toyota team to our roster of WomenCertified companies and professionals who are raising the bar in providing the best customer service experience to women and families,” said Delia Passi, founder of WomenCertified and author of Winning the Toughest Customer: The Essential Guide to Selling to Women. “Studies show that women are growing less satisfied with the levels of customer service they receive, and WomenCertified is working to reverse that trend. It’s a win-win opportunity for companies and consumers.”
