Susan Rose special occasion boutique becomes first retailer of its kind to earn WomenCertified® Seal

[Plantation FL] (February 3, 2009) – WomenCertified today announced that South Florida social occasion retailer Susan Rose has completed the requirements necessary to earn the consumer-trusted WomenCertified Seal. The WomenCertified Seal signifies that a company has completed specialized gender communications and customer service training and has made a commitment to delivering customer service tailored to women.

The goal of WomenCertified is to create women friendly companies and buying experiences based on research into women’s standards of expectation. Through training and certification, WomenCertified teaches sales and service professionals how to deliver improved customer service, communicate more effectively and create trusting customer relationships. Seventy percent of a company’s staff must complete the program in order for the company to earn the WomenCertified Seal.
