    We recently replaced our Garage door after 16 years, we were very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.     garage door was not behaving. called the company that originally installed the garage door and got the run around. then called broten. came when they said they would and did a professional job. strongly recommend. i plan to keep up my yearly maintenance with them.

    I recently bought a new garage door from Broten Garage Door & Gate. After comparing Lowes and Home Depot, I found that Broten was not only less expensive but more importantly was able to get the permits and have the new door installed in two and a half weeks. The others quoted 30-45 days. One of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with.

    I spent 3,000 on a sectional all leather white sofa. I love it excpet that it started to fall apart and they refuse to replace it! Its been discontinued and so they say, and because of that they said we can no longer request a repair or replacement! BUYERS BEWARE!!

    Unfortunately I just received a very disturbing call from John Toscano at Acura of Pembroke Pines dealership. The call was in response to a price quote request, despite my stating I prefer email communication (so as it is, I was hesitant to answer, but did cause I need a car). He asked me what price I had so far on a 2011 TSX w Tech that I wanted. When I told him, he repeated it over and over and then laughed and laughed; until I said "you're done insulting me" and hung up.

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR!! He could've asked me which dealership gave me that price, could've told me he couldn't match that and left things appropriately! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS, AND I WILL BE SENDING A COPY OF THIS EMAIL TO THE APPROPRIATE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENTS at Acura and at Women Certified.

Ugh, now I remember why I didn't like answering car salesman phone calls.

    They told us they had a 3 day return policy and 50% restocking fee, as we were buying for someone else and hadn't left the store. So we got stuck with the items that the relative changed their mind on because they were coming 5 days from the purchase. They didn't give us a copy of policy for returns THEY READ IT TO US. WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
