    They told us they had a 3 day return policy and 50% restocking fee, as we were buying for someone else and hadn't left the store. So we got stuck with the items that the relative changed their mind on because they were coming 5 days from the purchase. They didn't give us a copy of policy for returns THEY READ IT TO US. WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

From Start to finish Granite Roots Construction were pleasent, polite and professional. Peter Came in after a long search created a phased approach to my repair to meet my budget and educated my as to the approach he was reccomending. Their open book allowed for me to see the complete picture and what I was receiving. Their staff was uniformed ontime and answered my questions. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived and The walk through after was complete.
I look toward more work with them and appreciate how they approached my door project. They created a relationship not just a job

Peter came in after I interviewed many local contractors and larger home improvement companies. No one was listening to my concerns and most of all my budget. Peter came in very professional and accessed the situation, created a complete approach to my project starting with my door to be replaced. He gave a complete description of the work to be completed, a fully itemized price and options to phase the work to fit with in my budget.
When the work started his team was uniformed and professional. They always protected my home and to my surprise covered their shoes while in side.
The work was the best quality I could expect and Peter followed up to be sure I was satified. During the follow up he step by step reviewed the isntallation, showed all areas of concerns and scheduled the next follow up for 30 days.
This is a great firm and I reccomend them 1000 times over.

BROTEN GARAGE DOOR

Amazing service and a pleasure to do business with a company who thinks of everything. From my first phone call, I was given an appointment when I needed it. They called the night before to let me know when the technician would arrive. I received a phone call when he was on his way and he arrived right on time.
I am extremely pleased with not only the new garage door opener, but the technician was great, told me how long the installation would take (he was exact on the time), took the time to go over the operation of the opener and explained everything to me. He also said should I have any questions that I am welcome to call the office and they would answer any questions I have and help me with anything I didn't know how to do.
I have used Broten in my past 2 houses. I would only use Broten. In a world where it's so rare to find a reliable company, Broten is a real find. Their staff at the office and technicians are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile.
I would definitely recommend Broten and would only use them for any future garage needs. It's worth every cent to know you deal with a company who's been in business for decades and has a well-earned great reputation.

El Dorado Furniture Store

I am writing this Rant to share about my amazing experience at El Dorado Furniture store. My husband and I are moving into a new home and are looking to furnish most of our major rooms. He and I had spent the entire weekend shopping around at furniture stores including Rooms to Go, Havertys, Ashley's Furniture, etc. My husband rarely comments on how much he likes a store because frankly shopping is not his thing, but we were so impressed with the environment, service, and overall appeal of this store that I felt I had to comment so that other women (and men!) would know exactly where to go when looking for furniture. We went shopping on a rainy day and upon walking through the door, the store has umbrella bags! My husband had to carrry our wet umbrella through all of the other stores so he was very happy about this! Then when we walked in our salesman greeted us, shook both of our hands, welcomed us by giving us a brief explanation of where things are and what they sell and then letting us look around without following on our heels the whole time. He came to check in with us every 8 minutes or so in case we had questions but unlike the other stores, we didn't feel like we were being stalked. At the other furniture stores we almost felt like we had to run away from the salesmen because they kept following us around (literally) and coming up to us to ask the same questions. We just wanted to run away because we had no room to discuss and just simply browse. On top of that, the whole faciliy was just very clean, well kept, and even had a small area for us to have coffee. The bathrooms were even nice and clean! Lastly, but certainly not least was the furniture. While we had found one item we liked at another furniture store, we found all of the other pieces that we are going to purchase at El Dorado. In a few weeks, we will be back there to purchase our living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. As a female, it was nice to have your husband actually enjoy himself shopping somewhere! I hope this helps anyone else when trying to figure out where to begin!

Broten Garage Door
