First I need to clarify that the purchasing experience was great. I went there because of the no-hassle price and everyone was very friendly.
The service is where the problem lies and as far as I can tell will always be the problem. I had a check engine like come on when the car was @ 1yr. old. The first thing the service department did was tell me I had a leak in my gas line to the tune of @ 600.00. Guess what it didn't work. I took my car to a fiend of a friend and he said this happens regularly and the first thing they try is a new gas cap @ 100.00. Guess what it still doesn't work. My nephew tells me I can get them on the lemon law because it's an emission thing. I have not pursued this.
