WomenCertified Certification
The second element of WomenCertified is a proven training certification that educates sales and service professionals to be better communicators. This training program does not train people on how to sell their products, or on how to trick you into a purchase you would not otherwise make. We educate them to treat you right so you can be comfortable in making the right decision. A wide variety of professionals are getting certified so they can give you the products and services you want with the very best experience. We guarantee that every individual who appears in our searchable database has been trained and tested before they can claim to be WomenCertified. These professionals have made a commitment to provide you with a better experience.
We look to you, the consumer, to validate our certification by asking our members to rate the experiences they’ve had with WomenCertified salespeople. Salespeople who don’t maintain an acceptable rating from consumers can have their certification revoked, or be required to retake the training.

Who is the authority behind the WomenCertified seal of approval?
Delia Passi, the leading women's consumer advocate, author and leading expert on the women consumer and former publisher of Working Mother and Working Woman magazines teamed up with the Wharton School of Business to conduct a groundbreaking gender based retail satisfaction national study. Our findings helped us define the standards that every WomenCertified business must maintain to earn your trust and your dollars.

The founder of WomenCertified, Delia Passi, is the former publisher of Working Woman and Working Mother magazines. In publishing, where women made up the majority of the buyers of her advertising, she recognized that selling to women is a different process than selling to men, that women require a different communications approach. When she left publishing, Delia made a commitment to educate Corporate America how to provide women customers with a better experience, leading to the creation of WomenCertified.
WomenCertified is the “brainchild” of Delia Passi, nationally recognized sales and marketing expert and pioneer in the marketing to women industry. WomenCertified is a natural extension of her lifelong work.
She is the President and CEO of Medelia Inc., America's experts in teaching professionals how to enhance their relationships with women customers. She is also the renowned author of Winning the Toughest Customer, the definitive guide in showing professionals how to meet the expectations of female customers and the basis of her successful training curriculum.
